Malaysia Airlines’ flights into and out of Bangkok are operating as per schedule, amidst the bombing incident in the Ratchaprasong District of Bangkok on 17 August 2015.
The Malaysian Foreign Ministry, Wisma Putra has not issued any travel advisory for Malaysians against traveling into Bangkok or other parts of Thailand. The Ministry however advises Malaysians in the country to follow instructions issued by the authorities of Thailand.
Travellers using Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok are encouraged to plan their travel time to the airport.
Malaysia Airlines will continuously monitor the situation and will advise travelers if the situation turns unfavourable. Safety remains of utmost priority to the airline.
