The recruitment process will vary role to role, and depending on the segment the role sits in, but the general process is outlined below.


  • You can start exploring for roles currently available in MAG in the Career Opportunity search engine [link to page]
  • Please submit your application online via our online Career Portal [link to page]
  • Register to our online Career Portal if you would like to apply for any position available in Malaysia Aviation
  • Group and that includes future vacancies
  • You are required to verify your email address before proceeding to the next level
  • Once you are in the Application Page, you can start creating your profile by uploading your current photo and other necessary information
  • Please go through step by step your application for the job you are interested in  by completing the application form and upload your attachments of a covering letter, a curriculum vitae, any relevant testimonials - from previous employers and a photograph
  • You can submit your online application to us as soon as all the information and files are complete.
  • If you need to alter your submission, you can still go into your online application before the deadline closure of the job application
